Model M5K-20 and M10K-20 High Voltage Pulser

5,000/10,000 volts - 20 Watts Average Power

Variable Width

The Model M5K-20 and M10K-20 are general purpose laboratory instruments which operate under dynamic load conditions. The maximum current of 1 amp permits operating with small load resistances or with high impedance loads which require a parallel "pull down" resistor to decrease fall time. This is a single switch pulser with pulse fall time a function of load RC. The instrument consists of a hard tube switch and multi-range solid state TTL driver. The pulser generates clean negative (positive optional) pulses into dynamic loads.

Internal Multi-range Driver Specifications

The internal driver is a general purpose modular TTL pulse generator which is the driver for the high voltage switch. The drivers operating range greatly exceeds that of the high voltage switch. If the high voltage switch is driven outside its operating range, the pulser will automatically shut down.
